The specialized coating effectively reflects laser beam and blocks spatter, smoke and metal debris generated during high-power laser processing, preventing internal laser generator contamination and extending the service life of expensive laser resonators. Multiple circular diameters and thickness specifications cover low to high power laser machines ranging from 1000W to 20000W.
The R&D team completed laser transmittance, high-temperature spatter impact and coating adhesion aging tests to optimize coating uniformity and scratch resistance. Custom lens sizes, anti-spatter coating layers and transmission wavelength parameters are available for OEM bulk orders for laser equipment assembly factories and metal laser processing workshops.
